Around midnight, head out with a blanket and someone you like and find some dark place in the country and check this out.
Apparently the shower happens because the earth goes through the debris from the Swift-Tuttle Comet, which came this way in 1992? To get the more scientific reason... click here.
Either way - it's space and science and a reason to make out with someone in the countryside... Exciting!
