green tour - sept 20

I want to get off the grid. you want to get off the grid... we all want to make our own energy and sell it back to hydro... you want geo-thermal heating and cooling... i want a green roof...

If you actually want to figure out how to do any of this shit, you should talk to this chick who is organizing a tour of sustainable housing in the region.

Tentative date is Sept 20th, it's FREE and there's lots of details to be worked out. If you want to be involved, contact Rebecca. 519.591.4299.

You can also check out REEP - residential energy efficiency project. They bought a couple houses down the street from us and are turning them into an office and place to show off sustainable home practices. you can check on the progress of this development here.
