cinematheque waterloo

rQ has a thing for film. always has... always will.

If you also have thing for film - you may want to check out the upcoming screenings put on by Cinematheque Waterloo (a volunteer-run not-for-profit initiative started by the Waterloo Film Group - basically to combat all the mainstream movie garbage that is taking over the world. Crank 2, ahem ahem)

Here's a couple of the films coming up:

Metropolis (Fritz Lang, 1927) | Tuesday, September 15, 7:00PM

Rashomon (Akira Kurosawa, 1950) | Tuesday, September 22, 7:00PM

Midnight Cowboy (John Schlesinger, 1979) | Tuesday, October 6, 7:00PM

Bicycle Thief (Vittorio de Sica, 1948) | Tuesday October 13, 14, 7:00PM

Manhattan (Woody Allen, 1979) | Tuesday, October 27, 7:00PM

I'm not saying this is for everyone... but if you're interested, represent.
All films shown at the Princess. All other details are here.
