Just popped into the Tannery to see these two gems:

"Heaven the Sky" 2008 Mariele Neudecker from the UK.

2 large aquariums housing miniature mountain ranges. Chemicals added to the water create fog and snow... very cool. check back over the course of CAFKA to see the weather changes inside the aquariums.

and

"Japanese Garden" 2009 David Hoffos from Alberta.

not even givin this one away. go check it out.

The Tannery is located at 151 Charles St. W Kitchener (between victoria and francis?)... and the installations can be viewed daily from 12 - 7pm.
