So it’s Sunday morning… ok Afternoon… and we want to bike to somewhere relatively close for coffee and a bite.
Market is closed Sunday, so is Golden Hearth and Nougat and I don’t dare head to City Café after 10am because I don’t like getting yelled at on the weekend…
Nova Era came to mind… haven’t been there before, but have definitely been curious. It’s in the old
Food is amazing (huge selection of pastries and breads) and cheap… we had two breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees and split an amazing chocolate dipped donut… and it came to $8.
Sat out on the patio and got some sun.
Service kind of sucked, but the coffee came quick, so we were ok to wait.
They keep great hours (something that is lacking in kitchener) – so highly recommend it for an alternative date spot to Starbucks.
Open until 10pm mon –sat and till 9pm on Sunday.
