Seems to fit well with the current poll, so sure. Here's a look at most of the blogs i've got favourited.
They fit pretty neatly into a couple different categories:
LOCALS/NEWS
KW life - Guest Blogger cj's restaurant and event reviews
KW reader - a guy who keeps up on the local haps and provides his two cents
Overhead Compartment - ok, no longer local, but one of my bestie's - live from sweden, or nyc, or some remote island in the ocean.
WCAC - waterloo community arts centre - aka... the button factory.
Waterloo, Web and Whimsy - this guy knows what's going on.
Little City Farm - great spot in kw. you should check'em out.
Vacuity - news, ramblings, photos and musical interludes.
Waterloo tech news - yep, if there was any doubt i'm a huge geek... it's now settled.
VOYEURISM - yes, this gets it's own area.
Highwaisted - Obv.
Raymi the Minx - it's like crack. i try to give her up, but i can't.
DESIGN/CREATIVITY/INDUSTRY STUFF
Bearface Designs - Mr. Jon Johnson's design blog
Canadian Magazines - If you like magazine's as much as I do. you will read this.
MagCulture - yep. see above.
MagCulture - yep. see above.
Casemodern - a mix of creativity, print ideas and skateboarding. great mix.
Today and Tomorrow - no idea how i found this, but i am hooked.
DesignSponge - oh yes. love. love. love.
M82 - as seen often on rq.
So yes, to answer my own poll, i read more than 15 blogs weekly... it does not take hours, you just put them in your feed and there you go, a couple minutes twice a day and you're all caught up. I'm almost positive it's the way of the future, but i'll have to get back to you to confirm in a few years.
