Out Of The Cold - Volunteers Needed

Out of the Cold is an amazing not-for-profit that feeds and shelters individuals in need in KW region over the winter months.

In the past, (qatalyst) worked with OOTC a couple nights a year to help in the kitchen, set up tables and beds, and socialize and welcome guests to dinner - but due to the big group of volunteers that we wrangled up, it looked like we needed to find another organization that could accomodate this large group.

I heard on 88.3 this am, that they are having a shortage of volunteers for the overnight shifts on Mondays and Thursdays. Basically, you need to show up in the evening, i think around 10? and stay at the shelter until the morning, just as supervision and a set of hands to help with anything. If you, or anyone you know, might be able to fill either of these nights throughout the winter season, i know that Out of the Cold would be very thankful.
