My opinion was, either embrace boy george as an emblem of the group - or change the name. I really really really didn't think the group would go with option A. haha.
Anyways, sorry for the radio silence, i have been knee-deep in shortbread cookies and alcohol and have only this morning emerged from a sugar induced coma. It's nice to be alive... and so close to the New Year.
The event at Artbar on the 23rd was awesome. Turnout was wickedly diverse and friendly - and as it turns out, GENEROUS.
$400 were raised for the Waterloo Region Food Bank!

Next K... oh no, just realized the acronym is KKK... maybe we should rethink this thing again?

Yeah... Perhaps sticking with "Culture Club Kitchener" is a better idea... and being the purist about language that I can be, there is never anything wrong with spelling words correctly. Especially when the implications are so great.
