KW Art Camp meetup

Last night I met up with GH from the KW Art Camp meetup group twitter thingidy thingy.

It was at the Jane Bond... @brockhart, Sunshine and Frank were there too.

Here's a couple of revelations on how to make things more interesting around here:

• start a Mennonite Blues movement (this was decided after a few citings of successful cities... Memphis, Seattle, Florence... we need a THING - which is based in our roots, namely our darkly dressed neighbours)
• hire Supermodels to walk the sidewalks - genius contribution by Sunshine. I added that perhaps we have the google car come back and capture all the hot chicks walking around uptown - this is bound to bring the people out, and raise our profile.
• create an epic scandal (self explanatory)
• engineer some beachside property (turn either Kitchener or Waterloo into a lake with some great summertime property... then turn the remaining town into a hub of local and tourist activity).

Well, these all make perfect sense to me...
