It came up twice in conversation with two different people last night, so i'm guessing it's "the next big thing."
Basically, you hook up your webcam, and connect to completely random people over the internet.
Apparently, there is a high propensity for creepos to show you their junk, so.... don't say i didn't warn you.

Helpful tip: Cover your webcam and check them out before letting them see you, because what they whip out can be...startling.
But, we did get chatting to the guitar tech for MGMT and a cute group of girls at a party in Germany. I've also seen screen shots of people talking to the Jonas Brothers, which is like, omg!!!*
Interesting concept, but creepy.
