Question: is a person at risk of being ticketed if they are talking on a cell phone while their car is idling e.g. in a drive-thru? Someone tried to tell me that was the case but I find that a little ridiculous. Nevertheless I guess I wouldn't be extremely surprised if that kind of situation is actually written into this new bylaw ...
