We met about 2 years ago now. I was looking for people who were local and interesting - and he fit the bill.
Sadly for us, he lives in Montreal now. But we get these great little visits every couple months.
Last night we barbequed some local asparagus and mushrooms and peppers with chipotle cream cheese - and to contrast that gourmetness - we cooked up some vegetarian chili dogs to go with.
Seriously? Seriously.
Add some great conversation, some Louis C.K and a little bit of Rickard's White with orange to the mix... And you have a stellar night.
