The Thanksgiving Food Drive is going from Oct. 5-16.

About 25,000 people in our region need emergency food each year.

It takes food and financial assistance to help them.

For every $1 donated, the Food Bank of Waterloo Region is able to provide over $8 worth of emergency food to those who need it most.

So donate some cash, or fill the brown bags that were put in your mailbox on Monday.
